The Attachment and Biobehavioral Catch-Up (ABC) Lab, supervised by Mary Dozier at the University of Delaware (UD), is looking to hire a postdoctoral fellow to work in disseminating ABC nationally and internationally. ABC is a 10-session home visiting program designed to enhance parental responsiveness and sensitivity. With strong efficacy results from multiple randomized clinical trials, ABC is now being disseminated nationally (25 states) and internationally (8 countries). All parent coach trainees attend several days of training and are supervised weekly over a period of 6-12 months. The primary responsibility for this position will be supervising home visitors at national and international sites. In addition, the post-doctoral fellow will be involved in program evaluation and research activities. All work could be conducted remotely. Hours would count toward licensure if relevant.

Ph.D. required by position start date, preferably in Clinical Psychology, Developmental Psychology, or related field. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are essential. Work can be conducted remotely.
