I am looking for a postdoctoral researcher to design and implement experiments on the acquisition of morphology and phonotactics in infants learning English and/or Spanish. The project involves in lab as well as online behavioral experiments using the central fixation and headturn preference procedure, in addition to corpus analyses. There are also opportunities to develop new research directions, including involving eye tracking. Depending on the project, the postdoctoral researcher would be part of our ongoing collaborations with researchers at UC Irvine, MIT, University of Potsdam and Laboratoire de Sciences Cognitives et Psycholinguistique, Paris.
