The Psychology Department at the University at Albany, State University of New York, invites applications for a tenure track assistant professor position to begin Fall, 2023 in Clinical Psychology. The area of research is open; however, applicants with expertise in developmental psychopathology, treatment research, or child neuropsychology are strongly encouraged to apply. We are especially interested in applicants with expertise in areas related to racial/ethnic minority populations. The ideal candidate will have an excellent record of scholarly activity and interest in or record of attracting external funding for their program of research. In addition to conducting scholarly research, faculty are expected to teach undergraduate and graduate courses, supervise students’ clinical work at the University’s Psychological Services Center, and mentor students working on master’s and doctoral theses. The University encourages applications from individuals with diverse backgrounds and abilities
