The Vanderbilt Music Cognition Lab (Nashville, TN) invites applications for a Research Analyst-II position to begin summer/fall 2024 for projects in the Music, Social Engagement, and Development group (PI: Miriam Lense).

Ongoing studies in the lab investigate (a) rhythm, communication, and social interaction in autism (projects in adults and young children); (b) musical and play experiences in young children with and without developmental differences and their families; (c) early interventions in autism. The RA has opportunities to be involved in multiple aspects of the research process including data collection and assessments; data coding, processing, and analysis; study coordination; and study dissemination. Projects include a variety of approaches, including for studies in collaboration with the Vanderbilt Communication and Language Lab. Prior research or related experience is preferred.
