The BRAIN Lab (Breakthrough Research on Autism & Inclusive Neurodevelopment) at Notre Dame is hiring a full-time research coordinator to start July/Aug 2025. This 1-2 year position would be ideal for individuals hoping to gain hands-on research experience and considering a doctoral program in clinical psychology, developmental cognitive neuroscience, or related fields.

Responsibilities include:
- Recruiting, screening, and scheduling families for study participation;
- Running study visits according to protocol
- Maintenance of lab equipment and supplies, namely the EEG and eye tracking equipment;
- Supporting the training and management of undergraduate students;
- Administrative duties such as corresponding with the IRB, management of study compensation, website creation;
- Data management, cleaning, processing, and analysis
- Community outreach for recruitment, engagement, and dissemination
Successful candidates will show a strong interest in psychology research, interest in working with toddlers, older children, and their families, and passion for supporting neurodivergent individuals. Desired skill sets include strong organizational skills, project management skills, behavior management skills, verbal and written communication skills, and professionalism.
Compensation: $22-23/hr, commensurate with experience
