The position provides academic, strategic, and administrative leadership for an interdisciplinary department spanning developmental, cognitive, affective and communication sciences, and clinical psychology at an R1 institution. Responsibilities include strategic planning, faculty recruitment and mentoring, research development, and support of training programs across undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral levels. The role coincides with a new $60M investment to build the Moll Institute for Mental Health and Well-Being that includes faculty growth and expanded facilities.
